Born and raised in the USA, I followed my heart to Switzerland after marrying my Swiss love. My journey into the cosmetics industry began in 2007 through direct sales, where I gained invaluable experience—especially in people skills, a key aspect of leadership.

Today, my main focus is running EZASWISS, my natural cosmetics company, where I formulate high-quality, eco-conscious skincare products. My journey as a business owner has not only strengthened my expertise in branding and strategy but has also deepened my passion for leadership.

In 2014, during my first pregnancy, necessity sparked innovation. I created my first natural skincare product, which led to the birth of my brand. Along the way, I’ve studied leadership from experts like John Maxwell, applying those lessons to grow my business and navigate challenges with confidence.
I’ve created this leadership platform specifically for people that are starting a business from home or already have a business and want to get better at running it. If I can do it, so can you. 🚀
